Established in 2000 in Karur, India, PS Traders is a manufacturer and exporter of Home textiles for Kitchen, Living room, Bed room , Out door and Promotional textiles
Our eco-friendly, green factory is located in Karur with a space of 1400 m2 and is fully compliant with international standards, equipped with latest technology to provide top quality and high efficiency for our clients. In addition, we collaborate with networks of suppliers, who adhere to our standards both in quality and sustainability.
WHAT WE DO
Our area of activity is,’ Textile made ups garments made of Woven, Printied, Jacquard & Muslin fabric such as: table cloth, Napkin, place mat runner, apron, POT HOLDER & MITTEN, Kitchen towel , Chair pad , box cushion and kit palette, Beach mattress and all other types of Water proof Items and bag & Pouch.
Main materials we use are: 100% Cotton, Linen, Bamboo, 100% Organic Cotton, Cotton/Polyester, Cotton/Viscose, Cotton/Polyamide, Polyester, Polyester/Elastane, Polyester/Viscose, Modal, Viscose, Bamboo, Tencel and natural straws for Mats.

PRODUCTION
All stages of our production is monitored via our latest technology ERP Software to ensure a smooth process-flow. In addition to detailed final quality control of our finished made ups, we maintain constant quality control at each stage of production. From scratch to final product, we regularly examine the effectiveness of our processes and work flows. Our own quality team members ensure that every garment is sourced, designed, manufactured and delivered based on our high quality standards.
Besides our local facilities, we also have an exclusive overseas design studio in staffed with leading designers and in design expert to get the touch of both modern and classic art and design.
SAMPLING & CAD DEPARTMENT
Sampling is the product development stage. It is a process by which a small number of garments are made so as to match the buyer requirement and to get approval from the buyer so as to start off the production. The sampled garments represent the accuracy of the patterns and quality of production skills and techniques. The samples not only serve the purpose of communicating correcty with the buyer regarding their styles and products, This department makes samples on the basis of specifications and requirements sent by the buyer in the tech pack. The finishing department is the department which comes after all departments and it plays equally an important role in the final appereance of the garment. This department includes majorly of the following steps: Trimming, Inspection, Semi-pressing, Pressing, Tagging, Packing, Solid Packing, Ratio Packing, Mixed Packing.SUSTAINABILITY

Our Strength
INFRASTRUCTURE | QUALITY
YARN AND FABRIC DYEING
We use Cabinet, Jigger, Cheese or CPB (Cold Pad Batch) machines for all our dyed base products in both organic and non-organic with our associates concern (all free from formaldehyde substances and Azo free chemicals).
PRINTING
We are proficient in both manual, Rotary machine & high profile digital printing with 10 - 12 colour prints (Re-active and Non-reactive) on fabric width of 340 cm or 132 inches in both organic and non-organic. Made-ups can also be made in Block, Digital, Foil, Pop-up and Glitter prints. Colour and light fastness in printing are guaranteed by test reports from labs such as Intertek, SGS, etc.
EMBROIDERY
We use both computerized machine and manual embroidery techniques which allows us to add more value and perfection to intricate designs as per the requirements of the customers.
PROCESSING AND FINISHING
All our woven and print fabrics undergo the following processes: Straightener, Stentor, Singeing and Sanforising to get the optimized shrinkage on fabrics. Further, the fabric is then passed through the drying and cooling stations to reduce the moisture content on the fabric for better dimensional stability and hand feel.
TESTING
Fabrics are tested at the In-house lab after the processes such as printing, dyeing or weaving to check if the parameters (dimension stability, colour fastness and appearance after wash) are with in limitations.
CUTTING AND SEWING
We have a centralized cutting section with 25 machineries to produce more than 5000 pieces a day across several tables. A combination of dedicated tailors and state of-the-art sewing machineries in place, we craft the finest creations. We emphasize on delivering exceptional and optimal quality products; hence our supervisors ensure there are no shortcomings.
QUALITY CONTROL
We strive to produce products of remarkable quality to satisfy our large customer base. Our QC team takes the responsibilities to discover flaws or deviations from raw materials to finished goal in order to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
PACKING & WAREHOUSING
All the finished products are packed asper packed as per customer's instructions. Warehousing of finished goods is done under a mass coverage area to store. Our forwarding team taking care of shipping via air and sea asper customer advise and continuous tracking updates to agreed destnation.
